Death & judgment: 5-person trial and jury

At the moment of death five personages make up the trial and jury to determine the eternal destiny of the newly deceased soul, according to the 20th century Catholic mystic, Sister Natalia of Hungary, who at one time during World War II advised Pope Pius XII not to go to Castle Gandolfo, his summer residence, because it would be bombed, as indeed it was.

The five personages include …

(1) the individual soul who has recently died and is on trial

(2) Jesus the judge

(3) Blessed Virgin Mary, defense attorney, pleading with her Son to protect the soul on trial

(4) the individual’s guardian angel; an escort to either heaven or purgatory

(5) Satan, who relishes the most negative judgement, then drags the soul immediately to eternal hell.

“On many occasions, Jesus carried me to the place of the individual judgment,” wrote Sister Natalia in her spiritual diary and reported in the book, The Victorious Queen of the World, published by Two Hearts Books & Publishers on page 43.

“Last time I prayed for a very sinful soul.

“My confessor asked me if I would ask Jesus whether he was saved?

“Jesus let me see how this particular soul was judged.

“I thought I would see big things, but I saw nothing like that.

“I can describe my experience only in pictures.

“I watched this particular soul as he approached the seat of Judgment.

“Beside him on one side was his guardian angel and on the other side Satan.

“Jesus awaited them in his divine majesty. He, and not the Father, is the judge.

“The judgment is quick and goes on in silence. The soul could see all his life in an instant. He saw all that happened not with his own eyes, but the eyes of Jesus.

“He saw the larger or smaller black spots. If that soul goes to eternal damnation, there is no remorse in it. Jesus remains quiet, the soul turns from Him: then Satan grabs that soul, and drags him immediately to hell.

“Most of the time, however, Jesus with unfathomable love, extends His hand and shows the soul the place which the soul deserved in eternity.

“Then He says, ‘Go in!’, then the soul pulls a cover over itself, similar to what I have seen in Purgatory – the color of the cover ranges from white to black – and he immediately goes to Purgatory.

“Our Lady goes with him, so does his guardian angel; they try to console the soul.

“Such souls that escaped eternal damnation are very happy, since they saw their place in heaven where eternal happiness is awaiting them.

“Our Lady is not present at all phases of the judgment, but before the judgment is pronounced, she pleads with her Son as a defense lawyer, protecting the soul as the lawyer protects his client, particularly those who were devoted to her in life.

“… The sinner I mentioned at the beginning had escaped damnation,” reported Sister Natalia in her spiritual diary, which is an enlightening guide to the afterlife.

Sister Natalia also has some interesting insights about the coming new world and new age.

In a message given to the Hungarian nun allegedly from Jesus is a vision of the near future …

‘My Immaculate Mother will be victorious over sin with her power as Queen. The lily represents the cleansing of the world, the coming Age of Paradise, when humanity will live as if without sin.

‘This will be a new world and a new age.

‘This will be the age when mankind will get back what it lost in Paradise.

‘When My Immaculate Mother will step on the neck of the serpent, the gates of hell will be closed.

‘The hosts of angels will be part of this fight. I have sealed My own with My seal that they shall not be lost in this fight,’ Sister Natalia reported.
